23d66: Humber Dock, 1979 - The Old Town
Previous
Next
This view of Humber Dock is from close to the entrance
lock, and the upper storeys of the row of buildings on Humber Dock St can
be seen clearly above the dockside sheds, with the tower of Holy Trinity
showing in the middle of them. The dock - now the Hull Marina - is clearly
full of mud, and the area around the entrance lock (where a bollard is clearly
visible) looks rather a mess. The next image shows a clearer view from almost
the same position.
Still Occupied
Images on this site are arranged into rough areas by location as in my book 'Still Occupied', available on Blurb. Eventually this site will contain all the images in that book and more.
